"I have been training with David for about 6 months and in that time I have lost (several) inches and have massively improved my fitness. David has an intuitive and holistic approach to training bringing together physiological improvement, fitness and muscular training and excellent nutritional advice.
I have a great deal of weight to lose and still have some way to go but David is understanding, has great empathy and manages to motivate me to continue even when I am at my most despondent.
I cannot recommend David and YourFit enough. Excellent experience to date and look forward to continuing on my journey with him"

"I ran out of motivation going to my local gym and found it increasingly difficult to fit sessions in with my job as i was spending way too much time in the gym. Dave changed my whole thought process about training. I quickly learnt about intensity and time and diet. I achieved my first set of goals in the first 3 weeks. Dave keeps it exciting and varied so you never get bored. Training never becomes monotomous as every session is different so you never know whats next, which keeps you coming back. He is very professional and understands your goals and difficulties achieving them, whether it be injury, time, work. In summary i would highly recommend Mr Enticott to anyone who wants to train."

"I carried out a One Month Boot Camp with David, this involved following a set nutrition plan and doing 3 (1 hour) workout sessions a week.
The nutrition plan was excellently laid out and was easy to follow; you ate little and often, so never felt hungry, and there was no crazy fad diet food involved.
The sessions were brilliant, each one different and involved a variety of exercises / equipment. Whilst they were tough, David was not overly demanding, and really encouraged you to keep going!! He definitely knows his stuff. Just after 28 days, I really noticed a difference in my body, especially my arms, feeling much more toned and lost 5 pounds. I would definitely recommend David as a trainer" - Jess :)

"What can I say! I knew Dave as a young whippersnapper even though he is slightly older than I am!I thought that I knew it all having piled on a lot of muscle in the 10 years or so that i had been weight training. When I finally decided to try and get lean and cut up for a perfect beach body, it just didn't work! For 3 years I would spend hours in the gym doing high reps, loads of cardio and stupid diets where I would eat next to nothing. I still maintained my size and belly.I then spoke to Dave and within two months of his workout plan and diet, I'd shed a stone and was starting to see my abs. The other massive advantage was that Dave cut my workout time by almost half giving me more spare time. The diet, although strict on meal timings, is actually enjoyable and I can eat a lot of stuff that I never thought you could.Dave knows his stuff and that's hard coming from someone who has been working out for just as long, if not longer than he has!"

My son persuaded me to try a programme of personal training with David. I have been very impressed with his knowledge and approach to me (as an older person). He has designed a programme to meet my specific needs and is very encouraging and motivating. The programme has been varied so there is no opportunity to become bored. I have achieved much more than I expected to and my fitness levels have improved since participating in David's programme. This has been a very positive experience

I contacted YourFIT with a specific requirement of improving my upper body strength, to meet the army’s physical requirements. As a regular visitor to the gym, a keen runner and netball player, I consider myself to be relatively fit. However, I hit a point where I needed to be encouraged and pushed to the next level. David has extensive knowledge, enthusiasm and provides advice on my nutrition and areas of weakness (lower back). He has developed a training programme tailed to me and my goal.David has far exceeded my expectations and I’ve already made significant improvements (it’s been 4 weeks!). Every session is different, enjoyable and I learn something new every time. I would highly recommend YourFIT to an exercise novice through to an enthusiast.

My Personal trainer David is very knowledgeable and has changed my whole perception on diet and training. If you are like me and hate the idea of training then i really recommend Mr Enticott. He is very professional and keeps things interesting with literally 100's of different exercises, which i think is important as training can become very monotonous. He helps you achieve your goals and enables you to believe that you can get the physique you desire. I would recommend Mr David Enticott to anyone looking for a personal trainer and would guarantee them the results they were looking for.

I highly recommend yourFit - Fitness Instruction & Training. I have been training with David for sometime now and have seen a noticeable difference in my strength & endurance.
